Pilates Abs and Butt Workout
I just did an awesome Pilates abs and butt workout! And if you are working out you definitely need to set goals and never ever give up.
I know it can be hard especially if you are doing it alone but after a couple of weeks you will start to see results. The spring is almost here =)

Booty Camp
I just did this 30 minute Booty Camp workout on my new favorite site. And wow I sure feel the burn. We're in March now and I want to make sure that my booty looks good for the summer ; )

Fitness Blender: My New Favorite Site
Fitness Blender
I have a new favorite website called FitnessBlender.com. Quite simply it is one of the best workout sites I have come across. The best part is that it is free. You don't even need to sign up, you can just start watching the videos and doing them instantly.I just did this 33 minute total body workout and my oh my did it really kick my butt!
Can I just tell you how good I feel right now! I fully believe that you do not need a gym to get an amazing body and websites like this prove it!
