Stott Pilates Chair

Hello! One of my favorite exercises is pilates. I feel like it really tones and sculpts my body amazing without adding any bulk.

I love going to pilates studios but I'm not going to lie, it is a lot of money. So I created lense about getting a Stott Pilates Chair.

There is an investment to get it but I think that in the long run it will pay off. Plus, you don't have to even leave your house and get dressed up. Just put some soothing music on and get toning.
