Pilates Abs and Butt Workout

I just did an awesome Pilates abs and butt workout! And if you are working out you definitely need to set goals and never ever give up. I know it can be hard especially if you are doing it alone but after a couple of weeks you will start to see results. The spring is almost here =) Check it out:

Fitness Blender: My New Favorite Site

Fitness Blender

I have a new favorite website called FitnessBlender.com. Quite simply it is one of the best workout sites I have come across. The best part is that it is free. You don't even need to sign up, you can just start watching the videos and doing them instantly.

I just did this 33 minute total body workout and my oh my did it really kick my butt!


Can I just tell you how good I feel right now! I fully believe that you do not need a gym to get an amazing body and websites like this prove it!
