Fair Trade Certified Coffee

Happy October!

Yesterday morning I was pleasantly surprised to see my BzzAgent Certified Fair Trade Coffee from Green Mountain Coffee had arrived.



I immediately went straight to my Keurig coffee maker and made me a hot cup. I am quite satisfied with this coffee. It is very smooth and tasty. I drink my coffee black with a little bit of sweetener because I like the taste of coffee. This is one tasty cup!

But on top of it being a great cup of coffee it is Fair Trade Certified. I am starting to learn about fair trade and it's benefits. From Green Mountains Coffee website:

"Fair Trade certification gives farmers a fair price for their beans with a guaranteed minimum, which means they can invest in their crops, their communities, and their future. Fair Trade also lets Green Mountain Coffee® and farmers work closely together to bring the best tasting coffee to market."

So by drinking Fair Trade I am helping farmers. It feels good that I can still indulge in a coffee knowing that I am helping someone out.

I also noticed that Green Mountain has a bunch of  flavors. =) I am so going to get the pumpkin spice flavor!

September Glossy Box Review

Happy Fall Everyone!! =)

Yesterday, I received my September Glossy Box. I just love getting packages in the mail. I signed up with Glossy Box at the end of August so they sent out the box at the end September. That's why I got it in October. So I still need to get my October box which I'll most likely get at the end of the month.

This month's box is awesome! I really love everything in it!

 I really did receive products that ROCK and that I will definitely be using.

September's GlossyBox contains 5 beauty products and 4 of them are FULL SIZE!!!

The only product that is not full size is the BCBGMAXAZRIA - Bon Genre Eau De Parfum. It is a small spray bottle but the full size retails for $75 for a 3.4oz. It smells delicious with a little bit of sweetness and flowers. However, it is not too overwhelming and the smell gets better as the day goes on.

Next in the box is a full size BE A BOMBSHELL - Eyeliner Pen in Onyx. This is an easy to use eyeliner pen that is long lasting and water resistant. Perfect as I hate doing the cat eye because I always mess up. This retails for $14.00.

By EMITE MAKEUP - Eyelash Curler with three extra pads for the curler. It has a special curved design, designed to not ruin your makeup underneath. I don't ever use eyelash curlers but now that I received this one I will be trying it out. The curved design does make it easy because it doesn't touch your face. This retails for $30.50.

NIOXIN - Diamax Treatment. I have actually read great reviews on this product but never bought it because it sells for $50.00. They included this in the box FULL SIZE!! I am so excited to try this. It is a hair treatment that is supposed to make your hair look fuller while treating and strengthening the hair shaft.

Last is OCEANE - Makeup Remover Pen. The tip of the pen contains an odorless makeup remover. It is meant to be used for stubborn makeup that can't come off or if you do mess up that cateye you can swipe and remove it and start again without ruining the rest of your makeup. This retails for $5.30.

When I first signed up I received a coupon code to pay only $17.50 for the monthly subscriptions. The actual price of the box is $21.00.

The total box retails for $107.15. I hope I did the math right for the perfume. But I would say this is a great deal paying $17.50 for $107.15 with one of the products being $50.

I am extremely happy =)  with my box and can't wait to see what is in the October box.
